A traditionally themed residence located on an island overlooking the ocean. The initial design had been started by a local architect and builder. The clients later enlisted design services and project management from III AD and Kampa Studio to complete the project. The home is divided into separate buildings (dining room, living room, kitchen, etc.) and is connected by garden walkways. An infinity-edge pool and courtyard are located in the center of the overall layout providing panoramic views of the ocean. III AD and Kampa Studio collaborated on the design with III AD providing the bulk of managerial oversight and construction.
